Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal breads and pastries, we prioritize food safety and cannot accept physical returns of food items once they leave our boutique. If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for a resolution.

    Our head baker will review the details of your claim to ensure our quality standards were met and determine the cause of the issue.

    Resolution Selection

    Approved claims will be resolved through either a store credit for a future purchase or a direct replacement of the items in question.
